Some people go here for the babi because it's hard to get in this Muslim-majority city, and is therefore considered a delicacy as well as an act of resistance. For me, who doesn't buy into the politics of pork, it's the ayam betutu that earns this place five stars. Balinese people living in Jogja frequent bk for a taste of home. To me, the bumbu seems pretty similar to the bumbu of Bali.

Nice Bali ambience. Average taste and price. I tried the satay and Bali coffee. But the menu that i was looking for (nasi campur) is only available at afternoon (before 5 pm), at three days in a week. It would be better if the time available is not so limited.

If you are in Yogyakarta area and wants to eat balinese food, this place is a must visit restaurant. Tastes very authentic, pork is good, lawar is very tasty. Babi guling is very tasty, and the satay is very good too. You wil not disappointed in this restaurant. This restaurant offer different menu in different day (babi guling or nasi campur) both are very good dish. Place is not too big, but there is a lot of parking area for car and motorcycle.

This is restaurant served non-halal food. Mostly pork. I love the food. They have Balinesse style of dishes. From pork satay, babi guling, nasi campur, and many more. Quite crowded during lunch. Note that babi guling is available only on certain day (if not mistaken 4 times a week).

Nice roasted pork, the satay also good. Price is pocket friendly.. too bad the portion is not enough for me. Easy access..Parking space available for couples of car. But sometime we can park on road shoulder.
